In December 2024, board member Pat Kennedy resigned from the Board.  The Board met and selected Robert Keenan to fill the open Board position through the term ending 07/01/26.

Note: Mark Pollock was voted onto the Glenshore Board to replace the retiring term of Phil Barlow.
 

A new gate control system was installed this year.  Formerly used gate codes and clickers remain fully functional with the new system.  The new gate system is setup via an application called CELLGATE which provides new functions for homeowners.  

 

The new system supports a cellphone App, which when installed gives homeowners the ability to:

(1) Remotely open the gate, and

(2) Provides video call capability with a caller (visitor) at the gate.  Can view and talk with visitor needing entry.  Then open gate or end the call.

 

Homeowners are encouraged to install the cellphone App on their cellphones.  Though these features may be infrequently used, having the App installed makes them available when they might be very useful.
